This grief retreat is a compassionate, supportive space designed to help individuals navigate the complexities of loss. Even if  your loss is recent or has happened long ago, this retreat will meet you where you are at.

This retreat offers a serene environment where attendees can take time away from the demands of daily life to process their emotions and heal at their own pace.

Through guided activities such as meditation, journaling, group discussions, and individual reflection, participants are encouraged to confront their grief in a safe and nurturing setting.

The retreat may also include moments of silence, creative expression, and community-building to foster connection with others who are going through similar experiences.

Ultimately, this retreat aims to offer solace, self-care, and a sense of renewal, allowing participants to move forward with greater peace and resilience.

We will grieve together and invite the insight and perspective that only fully expressed sorrow can bring.

Upon registration, additional forms will be provided to fill out for any dietary restrictions and allergies.

Day 1: Arrival & Introduction
– 4:00 PM – 5:00 PM: Check-in and Find Your Space

– 5:30 PM – 6:30 PM: Opening Circle 

– 7:00 PM – 8:00 PM: Dinner 

– 8:30 PM – 9:30 PM: Evening Reflection
– Guided meditation or journaling to reflect on the day’s emotions and experiences.
– Option to write letters to loved ones or reflect on loss.

Day 2: Deepening the Process
– 7 AM – 8:00 AM: Meditation 

– 8:00 AM – 9:00 AM: Breakfast 

– 9:30 AM – 11:00 AM: Guided Grief Workshop
– Exploring different aspects of grief: emotions, memories, and healing practices. 

– 11:00 AM – 12:30 PM: Individual Reflection & Journaling
– Quiet time for participants to write, reflect, or take a nature walk.

– 12:30 PM – 1:30 PM: Lunch 

– 2:00 PM – 3:30 PM: Grief and Forgiveness Workshop 

– 4:00 PM – 5:00 PM: Group Sharing Circle
